Mind and Body, Heart and Soul - Innovations for Health and Well Being

Julian B. Metter Ph D.Welcome to the website for our center devoted to innovation and healing. These pages contain a wealth of information and resources gathered over a decade of exploration and discovery. You will find approaches here from around the world that have shown remarkable success with a range of ages and conditions.

Many of these modalities integrate the latest advances in technology to engage human potential on both the physical and nonphysical levels. The result is improvement in energy, focus, emotional flexibility and sense of purpose in life, which we believe is a basic expression of the human spirit.

This web site is organized in several ways. Individual modalities are listed on our Modalities page, and the links will take you directly to a specific technique. These sections will provide a short description, picture and links to research and further reading were applicable.

You should also find our Specific Conditions page useful. These sections discuss particular interventions that have been used with problem areas like autism and ADD. A general rationale behind the treatment will also be presented along with discussion of some of the variables that may affect outcomes.

Our commitment is to bring the most comprehensive and innovative services to our clients. As a result we are constantly growing and acquiring new training and technology to offer the latest in alternative and holistic care. You will see these ideas reflected in the section titled "New Developments" on the left hand margin. Please check this section often as we frequently add new clinical tools as they become available.

Please feel free to use the Contact Us page to pass along any comments or suggestions. We do respond to email fairly quickly and understand the importance of dialogue in the therapeutic journey.
